Welcome to Colorado Business Finder (“Colorado Business Finder,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Colorado Business Finder is operated by Peter The Programmer, Corp. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Colorado Business Finder website, directory, listings, and related services.
By creating an account, submitting a business listing, claiming or managing a listing, purchasing a Premium Listing, submitting content, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a business listing on behalf of a business.
If you submit information on behalf of a business or organization, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so.
By using the Service, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to keep information associated with your account and business listing reasonably current.
2. About Colorado Business Finder
Colorado Business Finder is an online directory designed to help people discover businesses, organizations, services, and other local resources in Colorado.
Businesses may be listed in the directory at no charge, subject to our approval and these Terms. We may also offer optional paid services, including Premium Listings and other promotional opportunities.
A free listing may remain visible in the directory and may appear on the business map. Premium Listings may provide additional visibility or promotional benefits as described on the applicable offer or purchase page.
We do not guarantee that a listing will generate leads, customers, sales, website traffic, search-engine rankings, social-media exposure, or any particular business result.
3. Business Listings
When you submit a business listing, you agree that:
- The information you provide is accurate, current, and not misleading.
- You have the right to provide the information, photographs, logos, descriptions, links, and other materials you submit.
- Your listing does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Your listing does not infringe another person’s or company’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
- You will not impersonate another person, business, or organization.
- You will not submit duplicate, fraudulent, misleading, or intentionally deceptive listings.
- You will not use the Service to promote illegal activities or prohibited goods or services.
We may request additional information or verification before approving a listing.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, modify, categorize, relocate, suspend, or remove any listing at our discretion.
4. Listing Approval and Verification
Submission of a business listing does not guarantee approval.
Colorado Business Finder may review information before a listing is published and may periodically review existing listings.
We may request evidence that a person is authorized to represent a business. We may also remove or suspend a listing if we cannot reasonably verify the business, if the information appears inaccurate, or if the listing otherwise violates these Terms.
A listing being published on Colorado Business Finder does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, recommendation, or verification of the quality, legality, safety, financial condition, reputation, licensing status, or performance of the business.
Users should independently evaluate businesses before purchasing products or services from them.
5. Accuracy of Information
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted to Colorado Business Finder.
Colorado Business Finder may display information supplied by businesses or obtained from publicly available sources. We do not guarantee that all information appearing in the directory is complete, accurate, current, or error-free.
Businesses should promptly notify us if information in their listing needs to be corrected or updated.
We may correct formatting, spelling, categorization, or other information when reasonably necessary to maintain the directory.
6. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive information.
- Create a listing for a business that does not exist.
- Create multiple listings for the same business for the purpose of manipulating search results or visibility.
- Impersonate another person or business.
- Upload or submit content that you do not have permission to use.
- Violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse other users or businesses.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, malware, or other harmful material.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
- Use automated methods to scrape, copy, collect, or reproduce substantial portions of the directory without our permission.
- Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
7. User-Submitted Content
The Service may allow you to submit business descriptions, photographs, logos, promotional materials, reviews, comments, links, and other content (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content.
However, by submitting User Content to Colorado Business Finder, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, edit, display, publish, distribute, promote, and otherwise use that content in connection with operating, maintaining, promoting, and improving Colorado Business Finder and its related social-media channels and marketing activities.
This license includes the right to use submitted business names, descriptions, photographs, logos, and other promotional materials for directory listings and promotional purposes.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions necessary to grant this license.
You are responsible for obtaining permission from any individuals appearing in photographs when such permission is required by applicable law.
We are not required to publish or continue publishing any User Content.
8. Business Logos, Trademarks, and Branding
By submitting a business name, logo, trademark, service mark, or other branding material, you represent that you have the right to authorize Colorado Business Finder to display it.
You grant Colorado Business Finder permission to display such materials in connection with your listing, directory, map, articles, promotional materials, and social-media promotion.
You retain ownership of your trademarks and other intellectual property.
9. Social Media and Promotional Content
Colorado Business Finder may promote businesses through its website, blog, Facebook page, Instagram, TikTok, and other channels.
Promotional exposure is not guaranteed unless specifically included as part of a paid service or other written agreement.
We may choose which businesses, photographs, or other content to feature.
The timing, placement, format, duration, reach, and frequency of promotional content may vary.
Social-media platforms are independent third-party services and may change their algorithms, policies, features, or availability. Colorado Business Finder does not guarantee any particular number of views, impressions, followers, clicks, engagements, or other results.
10. Premium Listings and Paid Services
Colorado Business Finder may offer optional Premium Listings or other paid services.
The price, duration, features, and benefits of a Premium Listing or other paid service will be described at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasing a Premium Listing does not guarantee a particular position in search results, number of views, leads, customers, sales, website traffic, social-media exposure, or other business results.
We reserve the right to modify the features of Premium Listings and other services. Changes to an existing paid service will not retroactively eliminate benefits already expressly purchased for the applicable paid period, except where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside our control or where required by law.
11. Payments and Refunds
If you purchase a paid service, you agree to pay the applicable price displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.
Unless a specific refund policy is stated on the applicable purchase page or required by law, payments for digital services and promotional services are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided or the paid period has begun.
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
12. Business Relationships and Transactions
Colorado Business Finder is a directory and promotional platform.
We are not a party to transactions between users and businesses listed on the Service.

You are responsible for conducting your own research and making your own decisions regarding any business listed on the Service.
13. Third-Party Websites and Services
Business listings may contain links to third-party websites, social-media profiles, booking platforms, payment services, or other external services.
We do not control or operate these third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or policies.
Your use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
14. Intellectual Property
The Colorado Business Finder website and its original content, design, graphics, logos, branding, layout, software, text, and other materials created by or for Colorado Business Finder are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

If your account or listing is terminated because of a violation of these Terms, you may not create another account or listing to circumvent the termination without our permission.
